Bass Reeves Legacy Tour

Picture
The first Bass Reeves Legacy Walking Tour was in 2010 and was sponsored by Muskogee's Soulful Stories group, Downtown Muskogee, Inc. and Three Rivers Museum.   As the tour walked the downtown Muskogee streets where the famous lawman walked his beat as a Muskogee Police Officer, actors told the story of his life as the people who knew him.

This year's event will take place in October  as an event helping to celebrate Heritage Day in Muskogee.  Tickets should be purchased in advance to assure a place in the tour.

See the Downtown Muskogee, Inc. Website for more information on the tour and how to purchase tickets.
