Bass Reeves Statue

We have commissioned a local artist to create a life size statue of Bass Reeves. The statue is to honor the most famous African-American United States Deputy Marshal and Muskogee Policeman and to educate visitor's about the most honored Marshal. However, we need your help in raising the funds for the project. Our goal is $200,000  and all contributors will have their names displayed along with the statue on the museum grounds.
Please click on the Donate button underneath Bass' picture on the right side of the screen. Thank you for your interest and help with this project!

The Muskogee Area Art's Council has donated the first $20,000. Your donation would be much appreciated.
